Changing for the better !!! Seriously? Staff do not interact, patients left waiting without the slightest update on what is happening, Foreign doctors that cannot converse properly. I understand that lack of staff is not their fault. But commen decency is within their control. This used to be a good hospital, but is definitely going backwards. Management need a good shake up. Great people evolve from great leadership!! Come on Glam Clwyd, sort it out ....
