I was unfortunately admitted to glan clwyd under an out of hours doctors appointment, from the moment I arrived all I have said is how lovely, kind, caring and considerate each and every member of staff has been.
From the on duty out of hours GP who carefully listening and arranged the next captures of action needed.
To the lady who guided us to the ward.
I was admitted to 19A, Deborah (night team) and Tracy (day team) you are an absolute credit, you have treated me so kindly and patiently and I observed how you nursed every other person on the ward. I have been genuinely been blown away, and heart warmed by your professionalism, proper nurses! Caring for your patients!
Heads and shoulders above Wrexham and Chester!
