So where do I start with this place. I will start by saying if you can avoid using Glan Clwyd hospital please do at all costs.
My partner suffers with a serious heart condition and bleeding from the bowel. Both have been an absolute nightmare to be sorted and 1 year down the line still no further. Two urgent referrals have ended up not being so urgent apparently. No matter who you call or what you do no one wants to help and basically get told the you will have to wait until we get to you...
I have now had to take things down the complaints route and contact my local MP to try and assist as I don't believe this type of waiting time is acceptable or humane given the symptoms she is having.
Glan Clwyd you are a disgrace and whoever is running that place should not only loose their job but we sent to prison. The amount of money they have paid out for negligence compared to other hospitals in Wales is shocking.
