I was treated exceptionally well especially by the nurse the clinic. However it would have helped to have better signs to find out where to go once you are in the Ward 19 area. It is not clear where to go when the corridor splits to ward 19 and 19a. It was also confusing knowing where to sit when the receptionist says take a seat in the corridor - I think she should take the patient there, after all Asda does it. I am a nurse so am used to hospitals but I didn't know whether I was in the right place as you are sitting in a corridor not a waiting room.
