On being admitted to A & E I found the staff to be very caring and polite. This I also found when I was transferred to Coronary Care Unit and Bob Jakin Ward. The Doctors, Nurses and other Staff were all very caring and understanding. I have nothing but praise.

The audiologist that I had seen was extremely friendly and understanding.
Sh was very clear and had explained everything fully. She was very professional and attentive.

- Clear explanations.
- Seen quickly after arriving at clinic.
- Had to wait quite a while for appointment letter and a while for the appointment.
I called in to see if we had been forgotten.
