27 November 2021 - I was treated in the day surgery ward of the urology department and it couldn’t have been more positive. The surgeon is so good at his job, his bedside manner is
Impeccable! Unfortunately I was so nervous I’ve forgotten his name, Althing sure it was Abdu. The lovely lady that pushed my bed round to the theatre area was great, as was the young girl that took my vitals & particulars on arrival to the unit. Everyone was just calm & friendly. The kind lady in the theatre who warned me about how cold the cleaning fluid was, she was not kidding lol. This was a second attempt (personal reasons) at the procedure I was having and it was just so easy and quick that time. Well done all.
