I had exceptional nursing care by Sophie (? an auxiliary nurse) - She smiles!
I heard a lot of chatter about pay etc by some staff, which I feel is unacceptable while care is being given.
There was too much shouting by nurses across the ward. We may be elderly but we are not all deaf.
