I have attended many Appointments, Consultations Wards, Departments during my 79 yrs and I have never been disappointed with anything or anyone. Recently I visited the canteen and a very kind Senior Member of the Nursing Staff volunteered to return my tray etc to the trolley. This kind of thoughtfulness and care means so much and does set a good example to others. I will not forget the kindness shown. My opinion of all staff I encountered during my visits is We are all very fortunate to get the great care they all offer and they should all be very proud with their efforts. I am very grateful to you all
