The reason I gave a very poor overall is the general process of getting a blood test. We had to come from Ulverston, because the doctors surgery would not do bloods for consultants. We both lost a full day's pay for a blood test and when we arrived at fgh, the waiting room was packed and the waiting times are ridiculous for some thing that takes maximum 5 minutes.
