I really appreciated the Frimley App, which meant that I was able to access all my notes and results instantly, along with filling in the questionnaires.
All the staff, especially the CNS who took the time to call before the operation, the anaesthetist.
I really thought that it stood out all the staff seemed happy, co-ordinated and efficient.
