Although everyone is under so much pressure, your welfare is the first concern of the staff. Everything is cleaned regularly. The staff always explain they are looking after you & their names etc. and more the stay as comfortable as they can for you. Trusted the individuals I saw especially Barker, Kirkpatrick and Dr Bingham.
Last pregnancy at Basingstoke hosp I saw a "panel" of all people at once. Was slightly intimidating & hard to have proper consultation. Here, with individual appointments made it much easier to have conversations
