I've felt confident with my midwife and consultant with concerns and care for baby and felt reassured everything is ok. I feel triage need to be more caring and understanding and mothers to feel they can contact them about anything & not feeling fobbed off.

Although everyone is under so much pressure, your welfare is the first concern of the staff. Everything is cleaned regularly. The staff always explain they are looking after you & their names etc. and more the stay as comfortable as they can for you. Only improvement could be the juniors who complain about their sore thumb to your bed, just when you have...
