The assessment was for my severely disabled son & he was treated with respect & we were both made to feel comfortable and important throughout the appointment. The therapist was very caring & understanding of my sons conditions & his feelings/behaviour. Appointments can be very traumatic for my son but this one was a pleasure! Many thanks.
