The service is good by the fact that(in my case) my leg wound needed treatment over the weeks whilst waiting for my first appointment at the leg ulcer clinic at Lytham PCC.
I particularly liked the friendly, courteous and professional manner with which all nurses(including reception) have carried out their duties over the weeks. Also too the ease with which I booked my first appointment and the short time it took to get it.
It doesn't get any better than this! A 10/10 for all staff involved and keep up the good work!

The staff explained what they were doing and why and what my treatment was going to be further along. Very easy to speak to the staff and I feel at ease with what was happening.

The wound care service is great at Fleetwood. I've been under them since April 2018 I can't fault them. But try and cancel an app is a nightmare, 20 minutes on a phone, out through to 111 system to be asked lots of questions that aren't relevant. All I wanted was to rearrange a time they should be a direct number to call Fleetwood same day/wound care. I'm sure other people have encountered this.
