I needed some blood tests which was advised by my gp practice during a telephone consultation about my blood pressure. My own gp practice were not offering this service so I was pointed to fleetwood medical centre. One of the tests was a fasting test so I went early on Saturday morning. My temperature was taken on arrival, I had not made an appointment but the receptionist said that wasn’t a problem, took my details and I only had to wait a short time before my treatment. The young lady who took my blood was excellent and very professional and friendly. I have used the medical centre in the past and in my experience it is very good and the staff are excellent

The service was incredible, I phoned 111 at 08.20am on a Sunday and had an appointment at 08.45am.
They don’t X-ray on a Sunday so made me an appointment for 09.15am the next day Monday.
Monday morning I was X-ray checked and discharged by 10.00am.
How can you get better service than that?

Excellent service considering the current situation with the nhs. Speedy service received with care and compassion.

The staff at Fleetwood wound care are a credit to the NHS. The care they show is completely outstanding. Nothing was ever a problem for any of the ladies on duty. I could not recommend them highly enough. I was happy to travel the 22 minutes for them to care for me. An outstanding team
