Reassured, respected , clear gentle care,
Staff went over and above to look after my burn and I am extremely grateful for the kindness and first class care I received from the wonderful NHS staff. Thank you .

All staff i saw were very friendly, good advice on my condition from the nurse I saw, treated very quickly.

Fleetwood Centre is excellent , I felt very safe with the covud rules in place , the social distancing , the reception staff are very caring and the nurses too .

I was made to feel I was wasting her time. I was told I did not have an infection. She told me she could feel a smooth hard swelling in my neck but did not note it in my notes. I went to my dentist who confirmed swelling in my mouth and left side of cheack. I am now on my second course of antibiotics and going for a barium swallow this week. I left feeling very distressed.

Listen to the patient and ask patient to remove their face mask

My doctors woulsnt see me and i has 2 lumps in my breast i rang fleetwood hospital and they saw me within the hour and referred me to breast care unit where i was seen 4 days later. Thankyou so much
