The staff have always been polite and courteous when I attended and even under Covid restrictions no matter how busy or harassed they were they still managed to Keep their composure and stayed professional but friendly at the same time.

Waiting time not too long. Diagnosis good but would have been better if a doctor could have treated me(ingrowing toenail) there and then.
Suggested improvements
A qualified doctor on hand to do minor surgery would have been good.

Because these people need to be more appreciated by our current government at the moment they are not.

Nothing within their power Social Services should have been involved as the are the originators and full cause of my serious current situation their care and attitude is inhuman

Although I had an appointment, I had to wait 75minutes for a blood test, because of staff absences. I feel that the appointment could have been changed to another time for that reason.
