After waiting for almost an hour I was told they couldn't help me, and that I should go and see my GP. Due to my injury being older than 5 days. I had old reception already, but she doesn't inform m of that. Also, all I asked to do was an x-ray do a toe that had been painful after stunning it.

Given me an x-ray slip. Instead of sending me to my GP, knowing about waiting times etc.

Torn bicep problem

I was told my pain was a GP problem and they wouldn't see me.... I was in absolute agony and I was just sent away.... absolutely disgusting behaviour

The HCA who treated me on both occasions was really lovely. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was very professional, helpful and kind.
