Wound care service most excellent. Having to clock in with the receptionist downstairs first is terrible. You could be in a queue for 15 mins and then the receptionist could be stroppy leave the one I got on the 5th Sept at 11 am. Either overworked or unsuitable for the job she has. Hope this helps others.
