When checking in don’t be abrupt and make someone feel like they shouldn’t be there! 7:50pm Wednesday 12th August 2021
Whilst in surgery room both nurses very rude and seemed agitated when describing my symptoms and pain, to which they said it’s probably nothing, now I’m being hospitalised for cellulitis..
