Jennifer on the reception desk was the epitome of kindness, understanding & helpfulness. She was courteous and friendly throughout our 2 exchanges & I was made to feel welcome.
The nurse who I saw was also excellent. She listened with interest and careful consideration, and gave a thoroughly detailed explanation without being hurried, and despite long queues.
The whole experience was superb.
