Wait time approx 30-40 mins even though I had an appointment
Impressed with the cleanliness of the building. Well spaced out waiting area - calm.
Made to feel slightly guilty because I had attended due to my local pharmacist advising me to attend.
Suggested improvements
Maybe cut down on the wait time
