Mostly a good experience. Could do with having bottled mineral water in the vending machine as that was the only thing I felt like drinking and there wasn’t any.

Try to get other patients in the waiting room to keep quiet as I was feeling really unwell and needed peace. Also, it was difficult to hear patients names being called to go to their appointments over others talking rubbish. Too much messing about and noisy children/adults or have a silent area. Also space the chairs out.
