I have arthritis and asthma
Suggested improvements
Nurses and X-ray staff were wonderful and friendly reception not so much.
I patiently waited as I was asked but after an hour I just wanted to check if they had an idea on timescale so I could inform work that I would be late off lunch but the receptionist wasn’t willing to give me an idea of waiting times luckily I was called about 10mins later and the nurse I saw was fantastic didn’t even feel the needle go in and she made me feel very welcome.
