From reception to treatment my uncle was treated with respect & kindness. Although I was in the room, and my uncle is blind, the nurse, Steph, spoke directly to him, unless I asked a question. He was seen on time & given time to get to the treatment room at his own pace. Previous experiences at the wound treatment centre have always bern the same. The treatment & care given is excellent
