Staff after my procedure in a waiting area :
This time I wasn’t fell very welcome
Been rushed to get dressed and make my way out
Received hot drink and expecting drink and dressed in 10 min
Visiting as a private patient I was expecting a bit more better care
My last visit was so much better then this one
How much different approach make a huge different how u feel
