8th April 2019

I arrived at the Walk in Centre on Monday 8th April at 1055 a.m.to have 2 stitches removed following a biopsy two weeks ago at Barnet Hospital. I wasn't called until 3.30 p.m and walked out of the nurse's room at 3.32 p.m. Two minutes service and I had to wait for over four and a half hours. The Reception desk staff are very unhelpful and have answers at the ready if you should dare query why your name hasn't been called. The nurse I saw didn't even apologise for the long delay. I was told the waiting time when I booked in was 3 hours. I felt very ill and faint by the time I left as I hadn't eaten anything since breakfast. My GP does not have a Nurse which I discovered 2 weeks ago on 25th March when I called to book an appointment to have the stitches removed today 8th April hence my unfortunate visit to the walk in centre. wait
