This review concerns my mother (91 years old) who was taken to Epsom hospital by ambulance on a snowy night, the care she received for the two weeks she was at Epsom hospital from the ambulance crew through to the A & E staff and then the ward staff was exemplary the time, patience and attention to every detail couldn't be faulted. My concern was the discharge process which was rushed, with little warning with no care plan organised, no advice as to what should be done next with little or no support for relatives.
