Good - Dr. Crawshaw came on duty about 8 am and dealt very efficiently with my father's care. He kept us well informed in terms of treatment and timing. Nursing care also very good on new shift. Improve - More care as above - arrived at A&E 5.35 and although very quiet, care and information was very slow. Finally saw doctor and had x-ray around 7.30 and we were given very little information.
