The team listened to her symptoms and difficulties and appointment by appointment showed exercise to help strengthen the hand/wrist to build up strength. Information was provided so this could be continued at home and then looked at again at further appointments. All in all a thorough practice from start to finish to make things better.

After attending therapies department in 5 Block where it was clearly signed. The new block has no signs therefore very confusing thus impacting arrival time for appointments. Please provide proper signage.

The lack of signage is very upsetting. Hard to find any help as main reception removed - to where? What has happened to the WR VS coffee facility!?

I was referred for hand therapy by GP. I received an initial appointment within a couple of week. I had an hour initially appointment where i was assessed and my therapist and i set goals together.
I had two subsequent appointments where my progress was reviewed and i was given additional exercises and tips to enable me to function better.
At my last appointment we agreed that i had made good improvements, that i met my targets and that i did not require further treatment at this time.
My therapist was really lovely and person-centred which meant that i really valued her advice.
