Pleasant experience. Treated kindly and with respect. Clear suggestions given to aid recovery. Maybe would be good idea to have definite advice on where to obtain correct bandages.

The staff actually care about you and want you to recover in the best possible way. It's not just a job to them they really care in your rehabilitation.
The hand clinic was very clean and they had access to a lot of implements to help strengthening you mentally and physically.

First appointment received in a timely manner. Upon arrival at each appointment waiting time was minimal.
Therapist was very helpful and explained treatment and exercises thoroughly. She also provided me with leaflet fir my underlying condition (SLE) and was able to give me some advice and tips that may help me to manage some of the consequences my condition.
