The treatment from start to finish was extremely professional and Bettine was very pleasant and caring. I was seen on time at each visit and provided with the necessary splint and fixings that were a great help in my fractured thumb healing in the appropriate time.

I was given good advice and treatment by therapist. However, having been initially diagnosed incorrectly by A&E and it taking 5 days for x ray results to be written and then those coming to light only when I made appointment with my GP for bloods results. So the real cause of pain was not diagnosed for weeks. My outcome is not as good as it could have been if I had been seen before by the hand therapists. Bones have healed incorrectly now sadly. Betting was excellent and most helpful and supportive.

I went to hand therapy after a sports injury. From my first visit the team were brilliant. They really looked after me and did as much as they could to try and get my finger moving again. They were a kind, friendly team who always made me feel welcome and Bettine, who most of my appointments were with, was so friendly and professional. She was very knowledgeable and although my finger has not made the best recovery, she made me different splints over the months I was there and really helped to try and give me movement back. She really is an asset to the team.

I only visited the hand therapy clinic 3 times but on each occasion the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was seen on time on each visit. They were very thorough with my excercises and ensured I knew how to continue doing them. I have now been discharged. Keep up the good work!
