Vanessa was extremely helpful and I was made to feel relaxed and not to worry about my broken wrist as everything would be done to make life go back to normal. Plenty of exercises to do and time to do them in before the next session as well.
I learnt how to cope with the tightness and slight discomfort that my wrist was experiencing and understand that it will be a while before it heals completely.
So many thanks again for all your help and support over the past few months.
