I was treated with exceptional medical care as expected but the level of personal care and understanding is above and beyond what we have come to expect from a stretched health service. Everyone has a smile or a word for you, even walking the corridors, staff members catch your eye and smile or say hello. From the receptionists, nurses doctors and porters, they all seem to have been sent to "nice" school. It is definitely the best hospital I have ever been treated in and unfortunately I am a bit of an expert.
