My daughter had an appointment with Mr Tselentakis' clinic and were seen by one of his team. Firstly, waited 1hour 10minutes to be seen and Dr did not introduce himself so I can't tell you who they were. Then after examining my daughters knee he said she needs to avoid it. I asked what he meant, and he just repeated to avoid it. After a number of requests he finally clarified that she needs to avoiding TWISTING it. What was that all about?? Next the MRI scan. Dr said she could have this, I asked "well, should she have this?" He agreed it would be good to have this done. All in all, not impressed with the quality of the consultation. Can't they make a sound clinical judgement as to what is required and also communicate clearly so the patient understands what is expected of them?? Poor, poor, poor. Bet if we'd seen the Dr privately the experience would probably have been far better.
