I knew it would be a wait, and the team did update today (2.8.22) and head nurse came to explain and diffuse really well. Special mention to I believe eloise, a senior HCA who made me laugh during a horrible time, my doctor was amazing, I didn't catch his name. It was really busy, and seating was an issue especially for elderly coming in - what they could have enforced was people coming I'm with 2 or more family members and treating it like a day out, causing issues! Only one is needed, there is not enough space for them all. I feel sad for staff when some people sit there causing issues, saying how bad they are - blame those higher up, not the staff, they were working so hard today during unprecedented times, no doubt made worse with lack of GP support hence why people choose to go to a&e
