Location and ease of parking when I was initially non-ambulatory was a great advantage. From the moment one entered the hospital, the staff were smart, polite and helpful. This extended through to the nursing staff, x-ray and scan staff. In fact, any member of staff from the top to the bottom were a credit to the hospital and I would have no qualms about recommending it to anyone. Special praise is reserved for Mr Devarajan who has been excellent all the way through. The operation was a total success, and despite my many questions over the number of times I have seen him in the last 5 months, he has patiently and clearly answered them. He has an excellent manner about him, and the sort of demeanor which instills confidence in a patient. I should also add a very big thank you to the physiotherapy staff for all the work they did with me, which is paying results in spades. A very big thank you to all.
