Both the Receptionist, Sister and auxiliary nurses whom took my initial details were all good, and approachable. However then having to wait an hour before being seen by the diabetes consultant, taints the whole experience of attending the Beverley Swinemoor Hospital. Still the surroundings and environment is immeasurably superior to the grottiness and terrible Brocklehurst building and their staff!
