The hospital is light and airy and the staff seem friendly. In my experience parking is easy and convenient, it is never overcrowded and waiting times are acceptable. With regards to the review questionnaire: the opening question about recommending to family and friends comes across like private hospital touting for trade! You are the NHS, a public body, not a commercial enterprise. All other questions are acceptable to monitor performance etc. Perhaps the producers of the questionnaire could do with scrutinising for efficiency and purpose. Best regards
