Whilst on a weekend break I developed swelling, immobility and severe pain when weight bearing on my right ankle. From my arrival at the reception thought to assessment, X Ray and treatment I was treated with respect, dignity and genuine care, every member of staff were professional and displayed a truly caring attitude, the duty doctor "Mike" took great care and time to explain my injury, its implications and the best method of care for it. My injury was to my right ankle extensor, associated tendons and a ligament tear. Thank you to all for your care.
