All the staff members were lovely and informative. All except the two women in the recovery room. I came out of surgery and was feeling overwhelmed by the results of the surgery and cried, instead of being compassionate, I was told to not cry otherwise I'd be kept in that room for longer. Their tone was dismissive and lacked empathy.

Care very good from ward to theatres. Staff kept me well informed health care Amy was very good.
Implements good healthcare.
Throughout my stay on day care unit.

Care was great. Ogechi was an angel. The theatre doctors and nurses were kind and lovely. I don't know all the names, but please thank them all for me.

Perfect care. All nurses were fantastic, especially Ogechi and Sean.
