From the onset of my arrival into the endoscopy unit, I was treated with the utmost respect.
The nurse who admitted me was very explanatory regarding my procedure as I was very anxious throughout. The dignity and compassion showed by all staff was impeccable. Certainly all H.E.A.R.T. values demonstrated within this department.
A credit to Ealing hospital.
