Very attentive, treated mum with dignity.
Improvement:
Next of kin access to records. A couple of times I was prevented from looking at her blue file at the bottom of the bed. However as next of kin- important for me to access her details.

This time I've been a totally of 18 days- yesterday the 19th Dec. I was taken for an endoscopy by the nurse and another assistant. When sigmodoiscopy was done, I had to wait for a long time which I understand and accept but to what is difficult to understand is lack information and communication at the end and I was told by one of the doctors that I was not booked, eventually two of the staff working in that department offered themselves to bring me back to my ward.
I would like to mention a member of your staff for his professionalism and right attitude I've been observing doing his job and his application and attitude is fantastic. We had a few problems in the ward due to a patient discharging black toilet poo and he was constantly on the ball cleaning and cleaning. - His name is Ricky.
I've always had great admiration and respect for the nursing profession.
