1. All the staff were incredibly caring. My mum says if anything happens to her, she only wants to come to Ealing hospital. 2. Doctors, nurses, cleaners, kitchen staff, trainee nurses, healthcare assistants etc. all wonderful and very helpful. 3. Would have liked to have pajama bottoms. 4. There was often a delay when my mum requested a commode. This was upsetting her because she did not want to have an accident while waiting.
