All staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Answered all questions fully.
Noel Andres – arranged pre assessment on a day to suit us as it was at short notice.
Alexandra – very caring and understanding towards my elderly mother (80 years).
Very cold in the Cath ward heating not working.
