I feel grateful to receive this procedure during these very different times, there was extreme professionalism and importantly extreme kindness and someone of a nervous disposition this makes a thing difference.

Waiting normal is okay, but not good for the nerves. I totally appreciate this has to happen and in particular during their times. This is not really a criticism. The staff were great.
