I was unable to tolerate the procedure with first the throat spray. Staff stopped this promptly and then sorted out sedation. Atmosphere was calm - staff spoke to me to ensure that I did not become agitated. Very pleased and satisfied with the way I was treated by all the staff involved in my care.
