Clear instructions and information are given. Opportunity to ask questions and get answers. Efficient, pleasant staff. Very clean ward.
Suggested improvements
Front door/reception area to have system to allow patients to speak to staff on arrival if area left unstaffed and entry barred. (A bell would probably do!)
