A very good, clean, well run hospital, especially taking into account the recent pandemic conditions.The staff were very professional in every respect and treated me with care and dignity. As soon as my operation was completed they rang my next of kin to put their minds at rest also. Thank you all very much, you are a credit to your profession.

I will NEVER come back here again. No discussion about anaesthetic, expected a block box injection which I have had three times before for the same op.. I am a vet, I know what I am talking about. But I guess they can charge more for a "general".
2 months down the road I am still in a lot of pain, what a waste of time & money. They have already rescheduled my "follow up appointment" 3 times. I now give up & have just cancelled it. I would rather see someone who knows what they are talking about, this "" private" " hospital is a joke.

I was very impressed with the high level of preoperative assessment including physiotherapy prior to my total hip replacement.
The ward staff and the physio staff were all incredibly upbeat and cheerful which I am sure assisted my recovery.

More like a stay in a four star hotel than a hospital. I was so relaxed and comfortable treated so well and given amazing treatment. Everyone was so caring and nothing was too much trouble. It was so good to be treated as an individual and the care was outstanding. As an ex nurse I was very impressed and felt so fortunate to have been in a less hectic environment. The bed was so comfortable nothing like the usual hospital beds! Thank-you so much.

The care I received at the Duchy was fantastic.
My room was comfortable and clean, but what made this such a positive experience were the people.
Every single Nurse, Physiotherapist, Doctor was so attentive, kind and helpful. I really cannot praise them highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble.
Even the catering team were knowledgable and the food was very good.
I stayed in the Duchy for 3 weeks and received excellent care every single day and night.
I would not hesitate to recommend the Duchy to anyone that needs to be in hospital.

I found the hospital and staff friendly, caring and attentive, providing very good care as both an in-patient and an out-patient. The hospital is always clean and a pleasant place to be and the food was very good.
