Not enough information provided to me about any of my treatments or the baby's. Poor staff levels, not always someone available for support. Excellent staff, many went over and above to ensure my comfort and were extremely helpful and friendly.

Almost everything was great, just things you have to wait long for your reports to come and then further again you come to know what's gonna done next !

My assigned midwife Louise was fantastic. So supportive and in such a short time became like a friend. She chatted and put me at ease and stayed with us even though her shift had finished - on del suite. On Saturday morning I was told I had seen everyone and could go home, packed up and came home only to receive a phonecall from the ward asking why I had left.

The staff were very understaffed however this did not effect their duty of care. I could not falter all the help I recieved. Very friendly/supportive caring and understanding they all were. Thank you so much.
